Happy New Year - A Look Forward into 2022

Well friends, another year has indeed come and gone. Here at Kona Coffee & Tea, and likewise around the world, 2021 has been a year of extremes…a myriad of trials and tribulations. As a cafe, roastery, and farm operating in such times of uncertainty, we are simply and honestly thankful to have our doors open for business each and every day to serve our community.

In the ‘Broaden and Build’ theory of positive psychology, it is known that what we focus on will strengthen. And so we at Kona Coffee & Tea choose to focus on humble gratitude. We truly enjoy being the cornerstone of the Kailua-Kona coffee community for locals and our visitors alike.

We are proud to share that our undying commitment to empathy, charity and quality have remained the foundation of our business and we see no alteration to that course. We grow, harvest, process, roast, and serve our 100% Kona coffee with the utmost care because, honestly, we drink our coffee too. We send it to our families abroad. We take pride in our work.

Below are some of our favorite memories from the past 365 days and a preview of what’s to come in 2022…we can’t wait to announce our plans for the coming fruitful year.

At Kona Coffee & Tea we are looking forward into 2022 with deep optimism and renewed faith. Just like our coffee trees, we continue to grow strong and branch outward. We have so many plans for this year involving new coffee releases, community gatherings, employment opportunities, charity, education, and environmental stewardship…so stay in touch!
